In to protect order the rights and interests of both parties, International Journal of Business and Management (IJBM) requires an exclusive license that clearly mentioned our rights and the specific rights retained by authors. We ask the corresponding author to grant this exclusive license to IJBM on behalf of all authors. IJBM agrees to publish the manuscript and has the right:
